Rolling out to all phones and tablets running Android 2.3+ is an update to the Verify Apps feature that will now continuously check apps for malicious activity, keeping your Android device even safer. The feature is being introduced through the Play Store rather than a system update, meaning that it won’t be delayed by carriers. When I recently compared six alternative web browsers for the iPad, I didn’t know about iCab ($1.99, universal) – a browser several MakeUseOf readers thought should have been a part of my review.
