Rdio Rolls Out New and Improved Stations [Updates]

With the growing competition between streaming music services, Rdio.com rolled out its new and improved Stations for its web, desktop, mobile player clients. Stations acts as a personal music DJ for the type of music you want list to. In the new version, Rdio members can choose stations based on music genre, or playlists based an aggregated listening history of your Rdio friends. Stations are created from a large catalog of over 20 million songs, which Rdio subscribers get unlimited access to. Stations also makes use of what is called Taste Profiling technology from Echo Nest that tracks your listening...
